Notice of Changes to Miscellaneous Fee Schedules

The Judicial Conference recently approved adjustments to various federal fee schedules which will impact local practitioners and litigants in the Middle District of Alabama.  Fees were last adjusted for inflation in 2023. The increases are effective December 1, 2026.

The fee schedule on the Middle District of Alabama’s website will be updated on December 1.
