Responding to Your Summons

When you receive your summons package in the mail, there are a few important steps to complete promptly.

There are two ways to respond to the Juror Questionnaire:

1 - Respond Online

If you received a postcard, you may respond to your jury qualification questionnaire online through the eJuror System

The eJuror System allows potential jurors to complete their questionnaire electronically without mailing it back to the Jury Administrator. You may also use eJuror to update your personal information and check when you need to report for service.

2 - Complete the Questionnaire by Hand

Your summons package includes a juror questionnaire that you are required to complete and return. If you have received your letter and are visiting this page for more information, you should already have completed the questionnaire enclosed with your letter, along with the jury information card found at the bottom of the summons.

1 - Detach the jury information card from the bottom of the summons.

2 - Place your completed questionnaire and the jury information card in the enclosed self-addressed return envelope.

3 - Return the envelope within five (5) days of receipt.

4 - Keep the top portion of the summons and bring it with you on your reporting date.
