ALMD Issues New General Order In Re Use of Face Coverings or Masks in Courthouses
On October 29, 2021 a new General Order was issued in response to the updated guidance from the CDC and the ADPH. This order requires all persons involved in jury selection to wear a mask or face covering while inside the Courthouse, unless having received specific instructions not to do so by a Court official, as further set out.
