Scheduled CM/ECF Disruption April 30 - May 2 Due to Upgrade

The Middle District of Alabama (ALMD) will transition to the Next Generation Case Management/Electronic Case Files (NextGen) system over the weekend of Friday, (April 30, 2021) through Sunday (May 2, 2021).

To implement the transition, the CM/ECF system will be brought down promptly at 3:00 PM Central Time on the afternoon of Friday, April 30.  Access to CM/ECF will be restored by the following Monday morning, May 3, at 8 AM Central Time.  This maintenance will only impact electronic filing procedures. CM/ECF will be inaccessible for the duration of the system upgrade.
