ALMD "NextGen" CM/ECF Upgrade Has Been Completed

The Alabama Middle District (ALMD) has successfully transitioned to the Next Generation CM/ECF software. In order to file with NextGen CM/ECF, filers must first link their individual upgraded PACER account to their existing CM/ECF account. Instructions for doing so can be accessed by visiting the ALMD NextGen information page or by clicking here for instructions. Once filers have linked their account, they will only use the PACER log in credentials to electronically file in the Alabama Middle District.
