Federal Courthouse Closed to Visitors Friday (March 3)

The United States District Court for the Middle District announces that the Montgomery location will be closed to all outside visitors on Friday, March 3, due to staff management and training.

All electronic filing via CM/ECF will still be available, and any conventional paper filings may be stamped and filed via our outdoor drop-box on the sidewalk near our plaza entrance.

We will be open as normal on Thursday, March 2. We will resume normal operational status and hours on Monday, March 6. The Middle District apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but we look forward to being better able to assist you post-training.
