E-Filing New Cases Now Available for Registered Attorneys
The Alabama Middle District now allows registered attorneys to e-file new case filings via CM/ECF Attorney Case Opening or by emailing the new case(s) to the Clerk's Office's New Case Email list.
This new option of filing does not replace conventionally filing new cases. This is a convenient optional addition for registered attorneys.
Counsel must have CM/ECF filing credentials to utilize these new e-filing features. Detailed instructional material is available on our website. Please review all documentation of the Middle District of Alabama.
For questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office at (334) 954-3600.
