Coming Soon: E-Filing New Cases

The Alabama Middle District will implement a new case filing system that allows attorneys to electronically file new cases via CM/ECF starting Monday, May 23rd.

This new system of filing does not replace conventionally-filing new cases, but is a convenient addition for attorneys, allowing them to electronically file new cases.

Counsel must have CM/ECF filing credentials to utilize this new feature. Detailed instructional material is available on our website. Please review all documentation of the Middle District of Alabama.
