ALMD Changes Procedure Regarding Juror Profiles

The Alabama Middle district is implementing a policy change regarding the juror list and juror profiles that are provided to the parties pre-trial.

Currently, these items are made available the Friday afternoon before the trial term begins. Effective immediately, these will now be available on the Thursday before the trial term. Any juror profiles received after the Thursday deadline will be printed and brought to the parties on the Monday trial term, as is our current practice. 

The day that the profiles and list are being provided is the only change being made to this procedure. All other obligations regarding confidentiality, receipt, review, maintenance, and destruction shall remain in effect.
