CM/ECF Upgrade Will Interrupt Availability

Due to system upgrades, the Alabama Middle District's CM/ECF application will be unavailable starting Friday, October 21, 2022 at 3:00PM Central Time until Monday, October 24, 2022 at 8:00AM Central Time. Be advised that the Clerk's Office regular hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM until 5:00PM, and that the after-hours filing box in front of the courthouse is available for after-hours filing.
