Learn to File Electronically in one of these ways

1. If you are a qualified CM/ECF Electronic Filer in another US District or Bankruptcy Court, just download and read the Civil Administrative Procedures and/or Criminal Administrative Procedures for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
2. A good way to learn to use the ECF system through self-paced training is to:
   1. Download and read the ECF User's Manual
   2. Download and read the Civil Administrative Procedures and/or Criminal Administrative Procedures.
   3. Browse through our extensive Frequently Asked Questions
   4. Take our Interactive Tutorials. The tutorials are very brief, yet comprehensive.  A few minutes with them with save you a few hours later.
   5. Practice - using our Training Database.
   If you've done these five things, you've covered most of the material in our live, hands-on training session.
